D.tour Blue Lounge reverts back to the old school theme of a “Blue Bar” concept where it is an exclusive and discreet venue for a distinct type of persons belonging to the Male Gay and Bisexual Community (MGBC) with a convenient atmosphere for them to interact with one another, build friendships, exchange ideas, create a network of peers utilizing each others talents and services, and observes a culture of respect, camaraderie, passion and love.

With emphasis on exclusivity, discreetness and distinction; D.tour’s acceptance of membership may be viewed as discriminative in a community that has been afflicted with discrimination. D.tour recognizes this fact and wishes that it could accommodate everyone and anyone in the community, but D.tour is not an “open canteen” business. Like any other exclusive establishment, it observes and imposes standards in selecting people in the community that it wishes to cater on.

D.tour then becomes a new community in a multitude of community in existence in the much bigger MGBC. And as with any community, D.tour hopes to introduce new and innovative ideas and services that will suit its member’s wants and needs, and create un-exclusive activities for the general MGB Community to participate on.

Hello: Does anyone have any suggestions how I can meet members from d.tour? Or is there anyone interested in hanging out? I am visiting from Florida, U.S. and staying with a cousin in Angeles City till April 23rd. I'm hoping to find some cool guys to chill with.
